Vision Statement
Our vision is to carry out Jose Tolentino Arandia and Rosalina Delacruz Arandia's dreams of improving lives, starting from the most remote town of Tongo and Tandoc; with the intention of spreading to neighboring towns, cities, provinces, and countries around the world.
